Fitting Consultation Policy
We offer a complimentary consultation of up to 20 minutes to assess your garment and provide an estimate. Most everyday garment consultations can be completed within this time.
Bridal, formalwear, and more detailed fittings may require additional time. Consultations that extend beyond 20 minutes, or involve detailed fitting, pinning, or design adjustments, will incur a $40 consultation fee.
If you choose not to move forward with alterations after an extended consultation, the $40 fee will apply.
If you decide to proceed with alterations during your visit, the consultation fee will be waived and applied toward your service.

Consultation fees are subject to change and may be applied at our discretion based on the scope of work.

I brought my wedding dress here and they did a great job on the alterations. Anna is so nice and was so helpful with all the nuances of my dress. They are fast, communicative and trustworthy with important items. I even brought my rehearsal dinner dress to be altered and they turned it around very quickly! I will bring all my future alterations here!

This place is amazing! When we first walked in we were greeted with a very friendly atmosphere and tailor. The pricing is fair and we'll be doing our final in a couple of weeks so I'll update this review when we received my mother in laws dress back!

Tailorbird exceeded all of our expectations! We brought in my daughter’s big princess gown, which required quite a few detailed modifications. They skillfully added supportive cups, attached snap-on sleeves, and crafted a beautiful bustle that held up and looked natural.
The craftsmanship was top-notch, and they handled a heavy, complex gown with so much care. If you need special occasion or bridal alterations done right, Tailorbird is the place to go!
